We are pleased to present a wonderful collection of a world-reknown wood block-print artist, Iwao Akiyama. Many of his works take motifs from haiku written by Santoka. One of such prints is also featured on the label on each of Sensui Natural Mineral Water bottles. We also have a collection works by Toyohide Akiyama, who is the third son of Iwao Akiyama. Toyohide Akiyama takes motifs often from living animals. We would like to thank Toyohide Akiyama for allowing this gallery to show his and his father's works. The signboard of above was carved by Toyohide himself. These wood-block prints by Iwao and Toyohide Akiyama are for sale.
